For the better part of 15 years prior to my becoming a Realtor, I worked as a Paralegal.  What that means for you is:  I know my business.  I know the process, what to expect and how to ensure that you get all of the information you need to make good, fully informed decisions. 

I sell an average of 35 houses per year.  I have earned my designation as an Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR).  I also list houses and work exclusively for my sellers.  My experience shows that I know how to make things happen.  Specifically, I know how to negotiate a contract that can close and I know how to manage a transaction so it will close.  I know real estate law practices and principles.  I am a full time career professional and I back my work with a written guarantee.
